Canon Adrien has been playing the organ since the age of nine. He holds a degree in Classics from the University of Oxford and a Master’s degree in piano performance from the Royal College of Music in London, where he studied piano with John Barstow (who taught Barry Douglas) for six years. He has been a regular accompanist to the San José Symphonic Choir.
By profession, Adrien is a consultant at Vialto Partners (formerly PwC), specializing in global mobility and immigration. He has lived and worked in Silicon Valley since 2006, when he moved from London.
At Trinity Cathedral, Adrien directs the music program, accompanies services on the organ, and works to build and sustain a vibrant choral life for the congregation.
